The Challenge: The Credit Counselling Society was looking for a way to reach more people who need their services, as inexpensively as possible. They were already doing PPC advertising but they weren’t seeing the kind of return on investment they would have liked to.


The Results: Just weeks after we began working with this company they saw their cost to acquire a customer drop significantly, while the number of leads generated continued to rise. After several months of optimization, the following results were achieved:

  • The number of weekly leads increased from 23 to 210 (an improvement of 813%).
  • The cost to generate a lead dropped from $40 to $9 (a cost decrease of 77%).
  • The total number of  leads generated via PPC during this time period was 6,237.

Due to the success of the pay-per-click advertising program, the Credit Counselling Society has since shifted much of their advertising budget from television, radio and bus ads over to online initiatives.
